Fern & Filter (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website and why.
What we collect
Contact form. When you write to us we collect the details you enter: your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply to you.
No tracking by default. This site does not set advertising cookies and does not profile visitors. If we add analytics, it will be privacy-respecting and aggregate-only, and this policy will be updated.
No in-store data. Our Wi-Fi is open and unauthenticated. We do not log who connects to it or what they do while connected.
How long we keep it
Messages sent through the contact form are kept as long as needed to resolve your request, and no longer than 12 months.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except the service providers that technically process our forms and email, bound by their own data-processing agreements.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to us using the contact details on this site and we will respond within 30 days.
